1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. All quoted delivery dates are tentative depending on unforeseeable or unpredictable events.
3. 1/3 down payment will confirm the order and reserve a slot on the building list. 1/3 due within 90 days unless the saddle it scheduled to be delivered sooner than that. Remaining 1/3 due at the start of saddle.
4. Due to unpredictable material increases, a deposit will not guarantee saddle price if the cost of the saddle increases between order and delivery date. Price will be guaranteed when at least 1/2 payment has been received.
5. In the event of a cancellation for any reason before we start a saddle, all down payments except $300.00 will be refunded. After we start the saddle, refunds will be prorated as per conditions.
6. 7 day trial period, 7 days to return. All charge card fees as well as 10% restocking fee will be deducted on the return.
7. All payments are due within 10 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.
8. In the event of a return, all initials, brands, or other personalized marks on the saddle will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any saddle showing any signs of wear or abuse will be prorated. Hard to resale items such as saddles with no horn, no tooling, or shortened/lengthened fenders, have extra fees to produce them. These features are considered custom including no tooling, since we are in the business of tooled saddles. Restocking fee on such items is 20%.
9. No refunds on shipping and handling fees.
10. If we feel we cannot fulfill the customer's needs or expectations, or produce a product we would not put our name on, we reserve the right to refuse service.
11. $35.00 service fee on all returned checks.
12. We suggest the use of certified funds to expedite the delivery time. We reserve the right to hold delivery until payment clears.
13. We do our best to build products as safe as possible, however, since we have no control over how these products might be used, and horses are large and unpredictable animals, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents, or damage caused during the use of our products.
